Do I need to reconfigure Excel in any way to allow the running of WIMP?
WIMP relies heavily on Microsoft VBA macros to perform and run all of its automated tasks, tools, and features. Microsoft VBA is a programming language built into Microsoft Office applications that allows automation of tasks and the creation of new features. Default configurations of Excel will refuse to run VBA macros. WIMP will not function without the use of VBA macros, however. Refer to the simple step-by-step guide in the WIMP User Guide or within WIMP itself for instructions on how to reconfigure Excel to run macros.

WIMP does not support my currency symbol, what should I do?
WIMP supports a large number of international currency symbols. However, if an appropriate currency symbol for your location is not supported and you would like to request one, please email support your request. In the interim, use any of the other currently available currency symbols. Upon the addition of a suitable currency symbol, you will be able to perform a quick and automated upgrade, and then select your desired currency.

HELP - I have really mucked something up in WIMP!
It is very hard to irreversibly muck something up in WIMP, but should it happen don't panic. It is strongly recommended that you create a backup of your WIMP.xls file after each session that can be quickly restored in case of a significant or irreversible error. Failing that, simply email support with the details of your problem and you should receive a reply and be sorted within 24 hours.
